The Beach Lake Fire Company was established in 1921 and incorporated on April 7, 1925. The original directors were Charles A. Budd, W.J. Davey, Jessie Frisbie, George H. Haker, W.H. Marshall, T.H. Olver, Hiram D. Wood, and S.E Woodley. Hiram D. Wood was named first Fire Chief. The fire station was a makeshift garage that was also part of a general store. The fire station was eventially moved to it's present location on Beach Lake Hwy. in 1947. The Beach Lake Volunteer Fire Company is all volunteer!
